Bio: Xeen has always been an odd child. Never jealouse, cruel, or uncareing. Xeen uses a layed back fighting style, called Drunken mastery. In this style he tumbles and jumps. In this style, he uses his oponent's attacks and momentum against them. Don't ask him were he came from, he probably wouldn't remember. I actually just figured this needed re-posting, as so much of the info has been modified/upgraded, so, once again, here's...

Name: V'icternus (Vuh -pause- ick - turn -us)

Nick-name: Silverblade (Or "The hypocrite", but he doesn't like that one)

Facial hair: Some stubble (No Haru style hair for this Earthbender, lol)

Body: Like most Earthbenders, he has some muscle, but his is mostly honed toward speed.

Clothing: His clothes were once rather expensive and durable, now they are filthy and have tears and rips from his battles, as well as blood stains. He wears a long, dark green (Almost black)coat, that reaches almost down to the ground. His shirt is a lighter green, although still dark. His pants are brown (Dark, of course). He has a shoulder sheath, where his sword can be found at almost all times, unless of course he is holding it. He can sometimes be seen with a thin gold chain around his neck...

Height: Slightly above average

Weight: Slightly above average (Muscle weight)

Weapon: A single thin Broadsword, made from pure silver by his father, a miner, worn on his back.

Bending: Medium level Earthbender with basic moves.

Strengths: Has trained himself to fight Benders. He can take a powerful Bender in single combat, or multiple lower level Benders, but too many powerful Benders will overwhelm him.
Also, any Bender that fights with a unique style or unknown form will surprise him, and lead to his defeat.
He uses his speed to take down most opponents, but if they are faster, he will become easily overwhelmed.
Another note, (As this counts as a "strength" in an RPG) he will rarely be out of pocket, due to his hoarding of all the money he has won in his life.

Weakness: Multitude of skilled/powerful Benders, singular Benders with unique fighting styles, extremely fast moving opponents

Personality: He is rather high strung, and distrustful of Benders, particularly Waterbenders, due to the death of his parents at the hands of a rogue group when he was 15. He also has a good sense of Honor, as well as freedom.
He is not good at expressing any of his feelings, masking anything serious with humor, or anger.
He believes Bending should only be used at need, not as part of everyday life. This puts him at odds with most of the Bending community. He is not at all outspoken, so he often tells other Benders of his views. This can usually lead to them trying to harm, or otherwise "kill" him.
Also, his long time without any kind of non-violent human contact has left him mostly unresponsive and rude to people in general.

Background info: After his parent's were killed, he hunted down the rogue Waterbenders, and fought all 6 of them at the same time. He managed to kill them, but not before getting cut, bashed and bruised. The effort nearly killed him. Most of the scars are yet to heal completely, even after two years.

He has since trained in his Bending and swordsmanship, with the soul intention of fighting Benders, particularly Waterbenders.
He will not accept healing or medicine from anyone, unless at the utmost need, for he does not wish to be in anyones debt.

If at anytime his life is saved by another, his oath of fealty will come into play, and he will protect that person till death, or the debt is repaid. His father ensured that he knew enough of what was right to honor such a pledge.

If the game takes place in the past (Pre-war) he wanders the world, always heading toward the biggest bending battles around.

If played modern day (During war) He mainly stays in the Earth Kingdom, and the only type of bender he fights often is Fire, but he is not as concerned about the war as he should be.

If the game takes placed out of universe, it is mostly the same. He still fights Benders, both in contest, or otherwise.

His wish for freedom comes from his mother's side of the family, because his great great great great grandmother was an Air Nomad.
He knows nothing of his Air Nomad heritage, and most likely never will.

One day his village was under attack and Vern's father defeated the bandits. Vern wanted to be just like him. Later he master the art of the sword and defeated every opponent he faced. He decided to open a school for martial arts at a underground base where anyone interested can show up and train under there.

Personality: Alzar is a cunning and mysterious woman who is not too fond of talking. she does not reveal anything about herself, and when someone tries to ask her about her methods, she either won't answer or she'll say something to end the conversation then and there.
Fighting Style: Alzar uses swift and deadly firebending moves along with katana strokes that are fatal if they connect. she is the most dangerous character in The Avatar Guard.

Fighting Style: Aiku uses his glider to his advantage, and is able to swiftly convert it from staff to glider and back with no difficulty. he is not the most powerful fighter, but a good foe nonetheless.
