Strengths/Weaknesses: Katara is an incredibly powerful firebender who has enough energy to oust a Fire Lord during the comet. However, this absurd amount of power is also her weakness. She has more chi energy than her body can handle, and so she often loses control. She is very strong physically for her age because she has to spend most of her time bending otherwise it overtakes her. often times when she goes all out she usually ends up uncontrollably hurting herself. because of her past and the fact that she is often firebending for her own health has limited her social skills, and she has subpar people skills. The gauntlets and braces she wears over her arms and hands are fire resistant, and they give her slightly better control. since there is the higher risk of her losing control if she takes them off, she never does.
Personality/Backstory: Katara Altina II will sometimes go by Katara, but doesn't mind being called Altina either. her mother's name was (is) Katara Altina I. She is a shy girl who has a blunt, straightforward approach to everything, not hesitating to tell things the way she sees them. She gets nervous easily, and is emotionally unstable because of the destruction of her family. her father was slain, her brother was separated from her, and she does not know the current location of her mother. the death of her father devastated her, as she was a strong daddy's girl. if she gets angry, she tends to completely lose everything, and freaks out and becomes incredibly dangerous. She is very touchy on the subject of family, often bringing her to tears when she talks about it.
