and yes, little Katara's middle name was taken from Tera.
Katara is one of the few people who knows about Tera's current situtation, and her true stance. This is also why she doesn't join the group for a long time.
but yeah, no one else knows about Tera yet except her.

but yeah, Tera and Katara have a closer connection, and a lot of their activity throughout the story is kept secret.
