The comet of soin well come in about a month and i can't think stright anymore thought aang silently. the group was still at the western temple planing the new attack. so far sokka has thought of some great ideas. toph's feet have finally healed, so now she can walk now. Katara has been acting strage lately and i don't know why?
Aang was walking in back and forth.. pacing. toph couldn't take it anymore aang pacing like this. she gets up and grabs aang by the arm and says softly

''lets take a walk''

aang and toph walk on top of the temples. they are now on top of them. they sit down on the grass streched out. aang closed his eyes. toph starts to speak.

''aang whats wrong?''

aang opens his eyes and turns around to look at toph. even though she can't see he still looks at her puzzled.

''what do you think toph?'' said aang in a kind of snoty way.

''don't give me aditude. i just asked you a simple guestion twinkle toes.'' toph said.aang again closes his eyes. trying to think.what felt like forever aang finally speaks.

''all this pressure of being the avatar, and to save the world. i have failed about three times. people are giving up hope on me,and i don't want that. ''

toph nodds taking in the info aang was telling her. she then said.

''Aang it's ok and i really don't think you should worry you have us remember? it's not like you can't go into the avatar state anymore.''

aang laughed a little then stod up an asarted to walk off. toph gets up racing after aang. She graps him by his shirt and yanks him around so he can look at her. softly and with a woory tone in her voicce toph speaks.

''aang you can still can go into the avatar state?''

aang nodds his head no then realizes that toph can't see. so he just said ''no i can't toph.''

aang sits on a rock and toph sits on the floor of the ground.she looks like shes a kid ready to here a story for story time. aang begins.''remember when you asked if it went well with the gur. and i said i went fine well that was a lie.'' toph nodds in kind of a shocking way. aang continues'' when i was about to controll the avatar state i had a vision about Katara in trouble.so what do you think i was going to do leave her there? i came ourt of the avatar state and grabbed my things to get on appa. so the gur says if i leave now i well never be able to go into the avatar state ever again. so i left.''aang cups his hands and hinds his face in shame.'' it was a stupid mistake''

toh gets up''no it wasn't.Katara was really in trouble and you saved her life and some others too.'' aang puts his hands to his side saying''toph thank you for the encouragement but, the mistake i took to save a love one is now hurting me now. if we are too late to defet the firelord when the comet passes we well have no way of defeting him. Maybe just..maybe if i had the avatar state i would be able to defet him.'' aang sighed got up and walked back to camp.

toph still sat there thinking all that aang just told her. she thought oh no aang has lost the avatar state and i'm the first to know. also she was thinking he left that great power just to save Katara. now doesn't that show true love. with that thought toph to walked to camp. to herself she says ''will sokka do anything like that just to save me?'' thoughts of sokka poped in her head. then a picture of suki came up. ''Maybe he will someday save me but right now i think his heart is set on suki.''

Toph doesn't sit next to aang just because he needs some space. is there some secret way to get back the avatar state? and if so how?will aang ever tell anyone about his loose?

You should work on capitalization and grammar. It makes things look neater, and neater stories attract more readers.
Oh, and when writing a story, be sure to keep it all in past tense. It will sound better.
However, the plot was good. I like where this was going. I'll keep watching for more...

Thank you for the info. It helps me become a better writer. Although I don't know what past tense is but I well try.



The night Aang and Toph talked, it seemed harder just to sleep. Toph could here Aang always waking up for a terrible nightmare. His heartbeat was always racing. Sometimes that night he would get up and walk over to the fountain mumbling. So Toph stayed up always watching Aang. Always worrying. At night he slept talk saying ''I'm sorry'' or ''what a mistake...What a mistake," Finally morning came the hot sun started to shine throw the cracks of the temple. So for once that morning Toph made breakfast. It wasn't that great but eatable.

Finally everyone was up and saw the breakfast and ate it. Aang wasn't up yet so Katara let him sleep in. Katara was shocked and confused at the same time that Toph made breakfast. Aang woke up minutes later looking terrible as can be. He walked over to the fountain of water and splashed his face with it. Katara saw what Aang did and went over asking ''ruff night?'' Looking up Aang nodded. ''do you want to talk about it?'' Aang shook his head no heading for some breakfast.

-Later-
Aang walked to the surface ground where the grass was. Katara followed hoping he wouldn’t notice and he didn’t. Aang walked over to a large rock and he sat there. His arms were in a weird position and his legs were crossed. He then closed his eyes in peace not saying a word. Katara walked up a little closer to see what his was doing. A step too close and he might notice her there. Katara walked as closed as 4 feet away from Aang. Aang opened his eyes saying ’’Katara I know you are there stop hiding.’’ With the biggest sigh ever Katara walked over to Aang being defeated. ‘’
“Why are you following me?’’ asked Aang
Katara sighed ’’because something is wrong with you and you wouldn’t tell’’
‘’ Fine I will tell you but you wouldn’t like It.’’ said Aang

For the next ten minutes Aang told Katara all what happened the night he meet the guru. Then telling her that he gave up the avatar state. Just to save her life. The sad part was that he couldn’t gain that power ever again. Katara felt so sad what Aang told her.
“Aang I bet there is a way to gain the avatar state again.”Whispered Katara
“ Yea right, the guru said if I left I could never have power to control when I’m in the avatar state.”
Katara thought for a minute. Then blurted out ‘’Maybe you can find a way.”
She seemed so happy about it that it almost sounded fake. By now it is noon so the two of them went down to the temples to work on lunch. On the way down The Duke yelled at them from underneath. Saying he found something cool and strange. Katara and Aang just looked at each other with shocked faces painted over their own faces. Then they ran down to where The Duke was and what they found was so unexpected.

it's a good story.
BTW, zalo had the tendency to post simply for the sake of posting. whether or not he actually contributes something is still under question.
In reality, it spoils absolutely nothing. he has no clue what he's saying.
Like the last chapter, this is good material. your use of past tense helped a lot.

The Duke was jumping up and down to what he found. To the left of The Duke was a chamber. The chamber can only be opened by air. Katara was holding a torch in her hand looking at the door of the chamber. It was so cold were they were. They were right under the water fountain up above. Katara got closer to the door to see the markings on the door. It was like paintings of their people and some where glowing, flying, or sitting. Aang stepped back a little and air bended the door opened. The door swung open with a cool breeze of air. All three of them walked in Katara and The Duke were holding the torches. It was so dark in the chamber. There were even more paintings of their people. Aang walked over to one side of the wall to take a closer look. There was a painting of a women and a baby. The woman was now caring her child over to some monks. Her face looked so sad. Then he realized it the same monks from the southern air temple, where he was from but why are they in this painting? He called over The Duke and Katara to see the painting he was looking at. He asked if that looked similar in any way to them. The both of them nodded no. Aang touched the painting and then everything around him went dark. Then all of a sudden it became lighter. Like if he was above ground now in some kind of room. Aang walked into the room even more noticing that it was the same room from the painting. Aang walked over to the women holding that same child which was a boy from the painting. She was playing with him like nothing was ever going to happen to her life. Sense they were in the Western air temple baby boys were to be sent off to either the Northern Air Temple or the Southern Air Temple. So the women was using all her time she had left to spend it with her son. Aang got closer to her to touched her but he couldn’t. He was in the spirit world. So he sat on the bed were the baby was. Then he heard her talk. So Aang went silent to hear her.


“Aang dear you know I love you very much.”



The baby giggled and was moving like he had ants in his pants. The baby was so happy and cheerful. The Woman carefully picked up the child and walked out of the room. Entering into another room where there were 3 monks. With all her effort she had she gave her child up to the monks. Before they left she yelled ‘’please if you would. Call him Aang.’’ One monk nodded the monk was a friend of his it was his dear friend who died in the tent. Aang then felt all fuzzy like fading back to the real world.

Aang opened his eyes there were people staring at him. He got up and stared at the painting then gave a bow in a Chinese way. He turned around looking at his friends and smiling. There was so much more of the chamber to be exploder so they all walked on.

this is kinda of short sorry




Katara ran up Aang and ask what he saw? Aang told that he saw his mother give him up to the monks. Katara was shocked that Aang had seen this and he was on a wall as a painting. But why? There were millions of other babies given up too but why him? Was it because he was the next avatar? We may never know. The Duke was in front of the little group still holding the torch. They went through tunnels of history of the women in the air nation. There were no men though because it was only a women temple. All the tunnels were the same. So were all the chambers that the tunnels led to. All history of their people. Aang wondered off into another chamber. This chamber was different from all the other ones. The paintings here were a little different. There were glowing people with tattooed arrows on their heads. Looked normal at first but then there Aang noticed that there were many herbs in the room. What where the herbs here for? This was way too weird so Aang left the room and caught up with the others.
He found his friends looking at some paintings. ‘’hey let’s leave you guys.”
“Why” ask Katara
“Because I think all this stuff is the same.” Answered Aang

“Well ok let’s go then” said Katara

The group all went up to the surface where the was real air and sunshine. But there wasn’t that much sunshine left though because it started to get dark. Katara went on over to the pot of water and started diner.

heres the next part. sorry this took a while i had to do school stuff and sports.


By the time dinner was over it started to get dark and cold so everyone was getting ready for bed. Everyone was snuggled up in their sleeping bag all warm, and tired. Aang went over to Appa to sleep. Lying over Appa Aang curled up in Appa’s fur…thinking. All night Aang was up just looking at the stars unable to sleep. Many questions flashed in and out of Aang’s mind. All he could think of was that room of glowing people and the herbs everywhere. He tried to get sleep but it was no use he couldn’t sleep.
Aang’s mind curiously told him to check out that room again. So he got up and walked over to the chamber and started wandering around to find that chamber again. Minutes later he found it. Aang walked in holding a torch of bright flames. He got close to the paintings everywhere trying to read them. But he could it was I little different than the language he understand. Soon after leaving appa and everyone alone above ground. Toph woke up breathless from one of her dreams. She got up and noticed that Aang was gone. Knowing were Aang went Toph went over by the chamber that they found earlier.
Toph walked down into the dark cold chamber trying to find Aang. Soon after walking in Toph finds Aang in a strange room lying down on the floor with the torch in his hands. Toph walked slowly towards Aang trying to ‘’see’’ if he was hurt in any way. No. He was fine just sleeping. Toph picked up Aang and carried him up to Appa. Toph then went over to her bed and went back to sleep. Toph stared to dose when questions stared to race in her mind. What was Aang doing down in the chamber? Why were there herbs everywhere? And. Why did he fall asleep down there when he could have just walked back up? Her answers wouldn’t be answered yet not until morning with that Toph went to sleep.
-Morning-
Toph woke up early to check if Aang had run off. She gets up and feels her way around and ‘sees’ that he hasn’t moved. Aang was in a deep sleep. Snoring once and a while. Toph knew that she wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep so she went down into the chamber that was found earlier yesterday. She walked down into the deep cold chamber leading into other chambers. Walking around she ‘saw’ many things like some old clothes that were once worn by people. Toph then walked into the chamber where she found Aang. That room just gave her the creeps. The weird thing was that there were herbs here and they were never used, which was strange. Toph had a strange feeling that this room somehow was going to help Aang.
-Upstairs-
‘’Hey Toph were where you?’ asked Katara. Toph swag around as she was looking at her.
‘’I was around that chamber we found yesterday, ’answered Toph. Katara was cooking breakfast for the morning already. Katara then looked over at Aang, then talking to Toph.
‘’So why are you up this early Toph?’ asked Katara.
‘’I was doing things,’ Toph said softly.
‘Like what kind of things Toph? Said Katara
Toph answered slowly ‘well when I woke up this morning I noticed that Aang was gone. So I had a feeling that he was down in the chamber. After a while I find sleeping on the floor. I don’t know why he was down there but whatever it is it’s bothering him.’
Katara nodded understanding.
Later on in the morning Aang woke up.
