V'icternus: She's curious. I would be too. *Eyes darken again* The next two years progressed slowly, and he got closer and closer to her. At one point, she got a boyfriend, who was in fact one of his best friends at the time. He was crushed... but their relationship didn't last. After six weeks, they drifted appart... and he saw hope. He dropped hints, all along the way, but she never knew... never learned. But her actions indicated she retunred his feelings...
Me: Please... I don't want to hear more...

V'icternus: *Eyes darken again* After nearly two years of knowing her, it was nearly the end of school... he knew he wouldn't see her afterwards unless she knew, and he came close, very close, to telling her on multiple occasions. But he was a coward.
Me: S... Sanaki?
V'icternus: And finally, on the last day, the last minute, right after the bell had rang, everyone was saying their last farewells... SHe hugged one of his close friends without a second thought, as he looked on, burning inside... but when she came to him, they merely exchanged goodbyes, and you could feel the awkwardness between the two. This, in his mind, was more proof that she felt for him, but it was too late... that night, he...
Me: I... Stop... Stop it now!
V'icternus: He cried himself to sleep *Grins*
Me: Sanaki, we have to... we can't stay! Please!

V'icternus: Now, of course, we come to after... *Eyes go dark* They saw each other once after they left... At the school fete. They both had younger siblings at the school, and they met. He would have told her then, but, his friends were also there. He dared not risk it in front of them... They hardly spoke. She was only there for several minutes... and when he saw her, it was as a dagger in his chest. A quick hi and bye, and a single shared glance...
Me: Sanaki, can we leave now?
