I don't think so, the first time he came up against a higher being (a god trapped in a human body) he was punched so hard, he went through three stone walls and got knocked cold.
It was one of his most embarrassing moments, and he has told no-one.

Nacreloo doesn't consider herself a 'higher being'. she created the world because her creators told her to (actually, all 12 of them created the world because all 12 were told to).
she has a complicated story.
(joke: mine's obviously better)

Wait, that might not kill him...
I don't see how he could kill Nacreloo, but he's hard to kill as well...
There are only a few certain ways he can be killled, and I don't know enough to be able to tell who'd win...

hm.
oh yeah! all 12 of the titans are very difficult to kill not only is each one difficult to kill, but if you kill one, energy from the other 11 will be sapped to bring the fallen one back to life.
they are, after all, connected...

Well, as you may have guessed, his death is never permanent either...
The longest was three full years, then Bellusnex used the power of the Blood Moon to summon him back from his ashes...
The first thing he said when he got back was "What took you so long?".
He is not very patient, especially when in hell.

BTW, the symbol that is on Kai's arm is incidentally the symbol of Nacreloo and the 'icon' is my novel series.
it plays a certain part in the storyline of "Avatar: Mysteries" but with a different meaning. (Nacreloo is not mentioned, and it has nothing to do with her either)
