me? I use Flash... and I can't draw from scratch digitally either... what I do is trace over the lineart in a certain program (Flash) color it the way I want to, make the changes I want, and poof! for example, THIS pic  came from an edit I did to THIS pic...  ~Ty Lee~ |

hayye yeah i would love to put some of my pics up since i have been following this thread for a while now it has been great to see other peoples styles of drawings and can you tell me how to put my pics up and ill do it as soon as possible thanx and by the way everyones pics are great i love them all.... i would also love to get some constructive critisism on my art too if thats all right... i sorta come from australia and the new eps havnt even started yet so ive been teasing my brother that i know more stuff bout avatar than he does lol ;D

yeah thats fine. i get lots of feedback on here.
so if you wanna put up pictures, you either take a picture of it on a digital camera and then put it on an image hosting website (i use photobucket.com) and then you put the img code here.
but i use my scanner and scan the pictures then upload them onto photobucket.com and then put them here.
either way works fine.
i can't wait to see your pictures ;D

sorry for the double-post, but i've got a new picture. before that though, kitkat, you're right, drawing on my bed is easier. and i drew another sanaki picture. i dunno if i like it yet, but i'm posting it anyway. so, tell me what you think.  well, there it is. i was going for an angry/fighting style type thing. i dunno. |

not bad, not bad... again, way better than anything I can come up with... I mean, even digitally, I use other pictures as my bases... then I redraw them, and draw them to look like my characters... and then comes the line shading, and then the coloring, and removal of excess lines... and the end result is something like this...  or this...  ~Ty Lee~ |

Hmm.. I cant wait to publish my pictures too ^^ (they'll be ready on monday!) .. And tera, even though (you say) you cant draw, you still make some pretty good pics with that Flash thing. .. And that drawn picture of Zakura, who's work is that?  |
