"AANG!!" yelled Sokka. He had just left the western air temple. He flew away on his glider. They had taken Katara. The firebenders came in the night, caught them by suprise, and took Katara. They had tried to take Aang, but they couldn't catch him. He was too fast. He tried to protect Toph, Sokka, Katara, and even Zuko , as he was part of the team now too. Aang had been awake already, but the firebenders made him retreat. Now he was on his way to the fire nation palace.
Sokka an Toph where saddleing Appa. They had to find Aaang. Sokka knew that Aang, in his rage, would chalenge the firelord to a duel personaly. They both knew that Aang wouldn't likely be able to defeat the firelord. They MUST get their before Aang. They couldn't let he face the firelord...alone
We now move on to Aang's story.( i take back the 3rd person part)
They took Katara. Only i was awake when they came. I tried to defend her and the rest of the group, but i got beaten, and i couldnt protect them. In my anger, i realized i had to find her, so i left the group to find her. It was the first of a streak of grave mistakes. I was captured. Even now, im sitting in my prison, with no idea where Katara is, or if Sokka, Zuko and Toph are comming to help me. I have to find Katara. Anyway, while i was flying, i was captured by the rouge Dia Li loyal to the firenation. They shot their stone hands at me and draged me to the ground. I came face to face with Azula. She tourtured me. She burned my face, but that was nothing compared to what she did to my arm. My right arm. It now has a huge scar. I kinda know how Zuko feels now. The looks are nothing compared to the pain. It's amazing i can move it at all. Azula asked me what im fighting for. Im fighting for what's right. Im fighting for my friends. I need to get out of here. I need to find Katara and get back to the group. I must...
Now to Katara.
Im sitting in prison. I have no idea if the others are coming for me. Aang tried to defend me but they took me away. The firebenders asked me why i fight against them. I dont know what i fight for. Its lonely here. The only way i can think of to get out of this cell is to wait for the full moon and bloodbend, but i vowed never to do that again...
With the rest of the gang now.
Sokka spotted signs of a conflict below. He saw footprints, broken branches and scorchmarks. He notticed the wheel tracks from the cart that aang must have been locked in. Just then, he heard a voice. "I am surprise you even found this spot." Azula. At that moment, Zuko jumped off Appa and attacked. He launched a fireball at Azula. It hit. It just cliped her arm. It was enough for sokka to act. He pinned her to the tree and said, "where are they." She was genuanly frightened. She actualy was frightened. "Now...Tell me..." she did. "I only know where the Avatar is. He's on the island of Agiro. Someone there must know where the girl is.
to Aang.
They came for me, but they didnt have Katara with them. "Where is Katara?" "She's not here, Azula only knew where you where." said Zuko. "Okay, we need to find her. Now." "Someone here must know where she is." said Toph. We ran down the hall and found a single guard. Toph sunk him into the ground. "Where did they take Katara?" "I dont know! I would guess the fire nation palace!." he said. "This has to be a trap." said Sokka. "We have to go anyway" I said.
To the group now
They mounted Appa. The flight to the Palace was a quiet one. They got there at night. They snuck into the Palace Town. There were no problems untill they got to the Palace itself. There where three guards stationed outside. They were all sitting tiredly on the ground, easy targets. Toph hit them on the head with rocks to knowck them uncontious. They got into the palace without a problem. They even got into the throneroom. Everything was fine untill... the lights turned on and the horrible truth was revealed. They had been set up.The whole thing was a set up. Taking katara, revealing where Aang was, and telling them where Katara probably was. The first thing they notticed was that Firelord Oziah was sitting on the throne. The next was Azula, standing next to him grinning. The third was the the man that told them where Katara was, standing on the other side of the Firelord, also grinning. The last thing they notticed was by far the most disturbing. A battered body lied in front of the throne. Scorchmarks where all over her clothes. Toph felt only 7 heartbeats. Only hers, sokkas, Zuko's the guards, Oziahs, and Azula's. None comming from Katara. She quietly informed the group, as Oziah said menicingly, "I'm surprised you made it this far. I applaud you for your bravery, but now you must die. Instantly, he, azula, and the guard shot lightning at Zuko, Aang, and Toph, taking Sokka as the least threat. That was a horrible mistake. At that moment, Sokka charged. Zuko re-directed his lighting, Toph got clipped in the hand by the bolt shot at her, and fell uncontious. Aang, being the agile airbender he is, jumped out of the way. Sokka let out a scream of rage as he charged toward azula. Because Azula was just recovering from her bolt of lighting, she was caught unaware. Sokka ran her through with his sword. She staggered, let out a whimper, and colapsed, dead. As soon as Aang dodged the bolt of lighting directed at him, he started glowing. He rose 20 feet above the ground. The elements themselves screamed in fury at the death of Katara. Water, Earth, Fire, Air, exploded in a wave toward Ozia. Aang wanted nothing more than for him to die. Ozia was blown away, both literaly and in thought. He realized he had awoken a beast he could not stop. This was the last realization he would ever had. He, much like his daughter had moments ago, colapsed to the ground.
to aang now.
"I need to help her. Something has to be able to be done. I dont know what to do. I'm no healer. Even being the avatar, a master waterbender, i still cant heal. Sokka, Toph, and Zuko came to stand next to me. Sokka kneeled down right next to me, he too was sobbing. Then something unexplained happend. The past avatars, Roku, Kyoshi, Yangchen, and Kuruk appeared. Also appeared the spirits of Jet, Suki, and Yue. They all placed their hand on on Katara. Light eminated from her body. She suddenly stirred, the spirits went away, and everyone let out a gasp of releif at Katara's stirring. "I know what i fight for." she said weakly. "I fight for. I fight for my right to live, but also for the right for the innocent to live. I know what i fight for..." she said before slipping back into unconsiousness. Everything was going to be ok after all.
so there it is. the end may be a little cheezy, but what the heck. i couldnt think of anything and after a half hour i decided on this. tell me what you thing, i forgot to make this into a poll
