Yes. Bellus is better at it than Vic is... with him, you can tell. There's always force being used to control the mind... with her, it's... different. She's almost... gentle. But much creepier...

Tera's a really nice person from what I understand. it seemed that Clazdian was controlling her or something...
that "change of heart" was probably more of a return to normal...
