yeah!!! becuase the water is everywhere, under water, or in mountains, or may be in islands around the world, if water benders use the water of the air or plants, iguess they can use water form animals or something...  . ... sorry, im dont know write, im latin |

its an interesting theory one that unfortuneately might not be covered by the creators due to lack of episode time.... /sigh i wish it were so though...

well, i think it's posible, i mean look at the swamp benders, they came from the southern water tribe(iknow that's been said before). Also the northern water tribe would be vulnerable to emmigrants like gran-gran because of it's strict culture and it might make alot of people leave to form new tribes somewhere else.

I think that there could be an underwater one, like there could be air benders always flying, and fire benders, well burning, earth well you get what i mean.

I made up a tribe in the earth kingdom, behind a great waterfall...a whole village,, full of little canals and houses around them. ( like that 'city' in 'the crossroads of destiny' ) That could be possible..

hmmm... it depends on what you mean.. if its able to... that means their must be water benders to bend the waterfall....
