actually, that's a really mean term I learned in my seminary (religion) class one year...
bascially, it's a subtle way of saying "I don't give jack crap"
so yeah, that was a really evil comment... (and a joke, but that's honestly what the phrase "that's nice" means when I say it...)
I mean, the ~Azula~ signoff?
