I mean, her emotional stress combined with her physical pain and her longing to see her father again kinda would weigh anyone down...

how does he actualy die? ive read the ones where he was dead already, but i dont know how it happened.

I never got into too much detail..
I believe the main antagonist killed him.
and she hurts herself because she is frustrated, and the physical pain helps her forget about her mental pains... and she doesn't seem to mind it...
