they're nto leaving forever, they're just less active.

and then after the ''break'' they realize they're going to quit..

I'll quit if the sits shuts down or if they get rid of the Sanaki thread.
if admin wants to kill (delete) the site, I'm gonna tell him to step down and turn it over to me. (in other words I don't want it to die)

kinda, but not really...
I do miss daxx for the RPGs, but the others never really did much, so their absence is not quite as missed.
Tokka's sudden and for the most part reasonless departure though was a bit unexpected and to a certain extent I do miss him.
I guess it's the members who contributed regularly to the site. Tokka was the 4th-highest poster, and Daxx was famous for his RPGs.
and then there's me--the jack of all trades. I think if I left, that this site would go a lot farther down. luckily I don't plan to.
if I had to go two years without a computer, I'd put a countdown in my sig to the end of those two years, and once they were upm I'd be back and running. =D

yeah well, I've never talked to tokka, didn't really knew him,
But I really do miss getting pm's from them.. especially the ones from roku and admin at the beginning, when I was one of the first real active members. =)

admin still shows up and does stuff.
I never knew Roku though.
I think my joining was sort of like a turning point for the site.
I do know that it was because of me that the ranks are the way they are.

yep that's true, when you came the real 'big' posters came, like posters who are posting in almost every topic, and there came lots of new topics.
That was also the point where roku kinda stopped being active recently..

hm...maybe he is scared of big posters. lol but yeah, it kinda made people start making game threads in Ember Island, and it also was where I introduced a rather popular character...  since then, Sanaki has almost become like the mascot of this site. lol ~Sanaki~ |
