thought so.
but yeah, it wasn't like a literal "law", but rather sort of an "if you have them you are awesome, and if you don't you're not awesome" principle.
Tenoko's sense of humor though is pretty hard to match. she's great.

in the Secret Service, she follows Iresu and Zeruda. Iresu follows Zeruda, and Zeruda leads. they sorta just agreed on it, and not surprisingly, both Iresu and Zeruda said that Tenoko should probably just follow their lead. to their surprise though, she just shrugged and consented.

exactly.
I mean, jsut because Iresu and Zeruda wanted her to follow them doesn't mean they thought less of her. they both think she's awesome, and love her sense of humor.
Tenoko was famous for bringing life to the Northern Water Tribe, and was the life of any party.
