RPG character bender battle

simple concept. bring in your characters (preferably benders as indicated by the titles. those that don't use bending will probably get raped) and have them fight.

RULES:

• no killing
  
• no controlling other people's characters
  
• play fair, let your character get take a hit or two
  
• have fun

guess I should clarify which of my countless characters I'm using.
Name: Katara Altina II (the story behind why her name is Katara is a long one, but if you want it, PM me. otherwise just deal with it. lol)

Bending: Fire
Appearance: dark red clothes, (gold lines along the edges--Fire Nation style) tan skin, brown hair, gold eyes.

Techniques: she's swift and powerful, but tries to get the fight done in as few moves as possible because of her weakness.

Strengths/Weaknesses: physically, she's strong for her age and for a girl. She is also very durable. bending wise she is absurdly powerful, able to match up with a Fire Lord. However, this is also her weakness. She is so powerful that she has trouble controlling it, and often, (almost always) hurts herself when she does a powerful move. Similarly, if she keeps her energy contained for too long, she often uncontrollably uses a huge blast of fire which often knocks her clean out. (so basically, she gets hurt either way).

Personality: Katara is a blunt, straightforward young woman who just wants to cut to the chase. The only people she cares about is herself and her family. She's not a people-person, and will say what she wants, when she wants, and to who she wants.

Other notes: the braces she wears on her arms are resistant to fire and help her have a *little* better control, but she still hurts herself when she keeps her energy contained too long or if she uses an attack that's too powerful for her.

yep that's the one. 'cept (even in the fics) she's kinda calmed down, but still isn't one to make mad.

and yeah, the concept of overpowering her was something different. I decided to make her so powerful that it became her weakness as well. so yeah, expect to see her blow herself up a lot of the time. lol

SETTING: you [players] are in a clearing. the only sign of movement is a rather unusual firebender who seems to have more power than she can handle. Although she does not seem like the kind of person who would make a challenge, she seems like the type who would readily accept one.
