of course they do...
but what Zakura really wants to show them is that she's better than them, and by imprisoning them instead of killing them (in other words, having mercy) she would display that.
(just my thoughts at least)
haven't really decided how they'll end up though, so that's still in the air.

well, she did say that they had no right to call themselves her parents...
but yeah, if Zakura kills them she'd be lowering herself to their level, and she wants to be above that.
