and the fact that she had such a high position before makes it even funnier...
I mean, most people imagine political figures as boring and serious ('coz they usually are), and then there's Tenoko...

exactly.
she was incredibly popular worldwide...
incidentally, Michicko and Fukuda (the Water Chiefs set up by The Order) seem to be slightly more neutral rather than Order-Supportive.
form what I understand, they actually were friends of Tenoko. I'm not sure yet, as they haven't really been revealed yet.
