well, he's sorta gullible like Zuki, and after Zeruda went into hiding she kept him with her...
and since she's a secretive woman, he gets to be as well.

he's sorta pale...
I mean, most Fire Nation people are anyways (Katara was born from a firebender and a waterbender, so her skin color was sort of an in-bewtween) so it's not like hi's hugely noticable...
but yeah, he's probably only a little darker than Toph.

yeah.
but Zeruda actually had tan-toned skin similar to Alzar or Sanaki...
so I think if Reyson gets more sun he'll get darker.
