Author's note: Sorry guys, haven't written anything in a while, but I got the idea while eating my Thanksgiving dinner, and you just don't let an idea thought of while feasting on the best food ever go to waste. Imma try and get like a chapter a week since I don't feel like full out writing this whole entire thing right at this second.
Suggestions are welcome.
Part 1
Aang closed his eyes. Katara was in front of him; she looked happy. She narrowed the distance between them in a matter of seconds until her face was directly in front of his.
As their lips touched, Aang felt a pressure, pushing him. His eyes burst open and flicked towards the right, distaste evident in them.
He pulled back, as if disgusted. "CUT!" he yelled, walking off the set. "She's coming on too strong! I NEED a break!" he yelled at the director as he stormed towards his dressing room.
"Katara," the director said with a sigh as he walked towards her. She hadn't moved, apparently shocked and upset. "The idea of the scene is that Aang is dreaming about you kissing him. You go in for the kiss, then he wakes up right as your lips touch."
"Sure.. okay," Katara mumbled, her eyes on the ground, distracted.
The director scratched his beard. "Uh why don't you take a break? Go get some tea or something. Its very relaxing."
Still looking down, Katara nodded her head and sulked towards teh refreshments table, accidentally walking into something very tall.
"Oh, sorry!" she said, not bothering to look up at who she had bumped into.
A gentle hand lifted her face so that her eyes looked into his.
"Hello, Katara," a soft voice said.
"Hey.. Zuko," she responded, not looking in his eyes.
"You look sad," he told her.
"Do I?" Katara said, clearly distracted.
"You need to talk about it?"
"Uh.. no. I'm okay, really," she said, eager for the conversation to end.
Zuko got the hint. He let her face go. "At least have some tea," he said, already pouring it out into a cup.
"I don't see how I could refuse," she mumbled to herself, taking the tea.
He backed away, a grin on his face. "Make sure you drink that," he called before turning and walking away.
As he walked away, Katara heard an anguished sigh from behind her. She spun around to see the source.
