soo i've just started reading the manga for bleach. its really good, although i admit fma is still my number one addiction haha
soo this is where you can discuss bleach manga or anime.
so i'll start off with a question since i'm a bleach noob.
do only murdered people need shinigamis to take them to soul society? i'm thinking yes since all people would just be a ridiculous concept..

I have no clue, sorry. I have only watched the first episode or two of the anime. would you recomend the anime or the manga to start with?

not sure. i haven't even started the anime yet. i just figured the anime would be easier for me to start with since it takes longer to watch an episode than to read a chapter.
soo is the anime good?

meh it was prety good but i only saw three episodes. i dont think im going to start another manga/anime untill i get cracking on the fma manga.
as a side note, i am in science fiction fantasy club at my school ( and yes that does mean i have officialy achieved the title "NERD") and i think we will be talking about animes next time, so i may have some new anime's to check out.

but anyway, i'll probably read the manga first since i've already started it lol

i don't read manga, but i can say that the anime is pretty good after after a while. and to answer your question (admitly, i may be wrong)
I think that it doesn't have to do how you die, but rather or not you "move on." If you don't then i believe that the person's souls become full of evil (or something), and the soul becomes a hollow, or they get turned into a hollow by other hollows. So since most people don't stay and become hollow and leave, i THINK that anyone can get to soul society by their own power.
(key word being think, lol)

well the fma manga has some prety bad swearing. like on the battle on the train the guy calls ed a fu@#er atleast twice.
if thats waht you mean by clean

i think he meant with the "inappropriate material" or the "suggestive themes, and if thts wht he meant, then it is pretty clean.

yeahh. i mean the worst i've seen is one guy mentioned boobs.. happened in fma too ( oh havoc, he's so funny ;D )

i've officially become a bleach addict. on chapter 200 something of the manga. its good can anyone fill me in on the anime though? do they follow the same plot, is it still coming out with new episodes? all that jazz |
