It depends on how concentrated the minerals are in those plants. I doubt it though.

You guys speak chemical nonsense again... minerals lol... "Chemical Nonesense" like in "earthparticles beeing in metal making it bendable by an earthbender" or like physical nonesense in "gaseous water(molecules) being part of the air, enableing waterbenders to draw water out of thin air"?

earthbenders cant bend trees because theres no earth in them, just the minerals from the earth but they also take minerals from the water and air

Hmm, they shouldn't be able to because trees mainly take in water which gets them sodium along with trying to get nitrogen which is normally a gas in a soluble form and then they get carbon (Air) to mix with water to form glucose, the most common found element inside a plant.

Metal can be associated with earth; just like a rock, it's "born of earth" What for water in thin air, it's pretty obvious that vapor is water; not everyone notices that vapor though... And bones can't be called "born of earth", do you dig them out of mines, like you do to the metal ore? it comes form earth, and that's why it can be associated with earth; NOT because it contains "earthparticles" or stuff like this
