Karma

That's a simple theme. Under your personal text you can find the Karma-Indication and two buttons. If someone did something, like helping you, you may exalt his Karma. If he did something, like beeing mean or affronting to you, you may smite him.
So, that means that Karma shows you how reliable or untrustworthy someone is.
