of course, in the story, the guards let her in without question not because of what Toph decreed, but because of who she was.
that part got cut from the story though because it would have made me exceed 1500.

it was either that or cut the part saying Toph didn't give a crap about rules...
I figured Toph and Kai would both ba happy with the amount of credit they got (some, and none)
