Dre Yu vs. Sanaki
Dre yu had some time to kill since he had finished his daily things; he was walking along and saw a fight going on. Dre yu decided to check it out, but by the time he got there the fight was over and done with. It turned out a little blind girl had beaten a 30 something fire nation solider without breaking a sweat. Dre Yu had reputation around these parts and knew if he didn’t leave now people were going to ask him to fight. Dre Yu turned around and started to walk away. But since he was known for what he wore (a golden coat with a red and a blue dragon “dancing” across his coat or cloak), people recognized him quickly. People stated to yell at dre yu to step up and fight. Dre yu was used to this kind of treatment and it didn’t bother him that he was being called names. Until, Sanaki said something that could set dre yu off on his happiest day. She made comment about his parents and how he was raised.
Dre yu said to Sanaki, “So where and when is this fight?”
Sanaki said back, “Here and now, people don’t seem to think that I am better than u, they say that you are the best fighter from around here, lets see if that’s true.”
Dre yu grabbed hid bow off his back and loaded a arrow, “We shall see.”
Dre yu knew that by the looks of her that she couldn’t take many hits. Dre yu fired off a single arrow at an incredible rate. Sanaki sided stepped the arrow with ease. Dre yu made the arrow come back to his hand with his fore bending. Sanaki already figured out how his trick worked. His arrows were hollow and before he fires them off, he puts fire in them for him to change the arrows path. However that also meant that any fire bender could take control of the arrows.
Sanaki said to dre yu, “This is goanna be to easy, you really think that nobody would figure your trick out.”
Dre yu said back, “Figuring somebody trick and how to stop it are two different things.”
Dre yu lit the arrow on fire and again, shot the arrow with even more speed. Sanaki saw his attacks so well. She knew what to do; she with lots of effort stopped the arrow just before it hit her through the head. The arrow fell to the ground. Dre yu looked a little shocked, people have done that before but never a girl or anybody so young. But the fact of the matter was that Dre yu was/is the master of his arrows. Dre yu proved this by bending his arrow so it laid half way between them. He allowed her to start with it. She used all four limbs to make the arrow fly at dre yu. Dre used a single finger to hold it in the middle. This was because although Sanaki was fast enough to dodge his arrow, he had mastered in control and power with his bending. He also made his arrows and knew where and why to work them the most. Dre calmly bended the arrow back to his hand. Sanaki was mad at dre yu’s show of power and control. She started to do what she was known for. Lots of fast shots at her opponent in a short burst of time.
Dre didn’t need to keep up with her firing rate. He simply used his right arm (covered in dragon scales) to slap away the flames. Dre knew that although her firing rate was the best he had ever seen, the reality was that no matter the number of weak and fast fire attacks, it wouldn’t be able to pierce the armor he had welted on. But Sanaki soon figured this out. After all, his right arm did “look” strange. Sanaki directed all effort in her attacking going for the legs. Dre yu looked mad when she burned off more than half of his coat. Dre yu threw off his coat and looked even more upset of a split second then his expression was more of enjoyment.
Dre yu said to Sanaki, “You know, people think that I hate defending because I am horrible at it and I have notice that you major in it, tell me, does this defensive seem weak to you.” Dre took of his carrying case for his arrows and dumped the arrows on the floor then threw the case by his coat.
Sanaki looked at dre yu and yelled, “You know I am not going to go easy on you just because u said I was good.”
Dre yu said back, “I don’t want you to, besides you said u were good.”
Sanaki was again going at dre yu with everything she had. She launched 10 fast shots form one arm with 10 quick jabs. Dre yu made a shield out of his arrows by making them stick together, however controlling this many arrows meant limited control. Sanaki’s 10 fireballs didn’t even make dre yu’s arrows go back in the slightest.
Dre yu said to Sanaki, “What do you think of it because u won’t see again.”
Sanaki said back, “Why, because you won’t be able to use again after I give you another burn mark on your face.”
Dre yu said back, “No, because this is where I win.”
Dre yu sent all his arrows off and made them circle her, there was nowhere to run, and they had her completely trapped. Sanaki used her remaining energy to attack with everything she had. She launched over 300 shots and all hit dre yu directly in the chest but dre yu did not falter. Dre yu lit an arrow all the arrows on fire by breathing a small and widespread flame. Dre yu felt his chest burn with pain from Sanaki last series of attacks but he knew this was for the win, Dre yu sent the fames the arrows were keeping alive at Sanaki that hit her on all sides and the caused a explosion that sent dre yu to his feat. Dre yu had won but he laid there without moving for a good hour before getting up.
This is not connected to any other fanfic I have written. I didn’t feel like doing anything pilot based and I know that tera253 had fight club and I know his fights sre better. This is a one-time deal.
