well, she obviously tells me things that help me answer your questions about Sanaki that she wouldn't answer herself.
She knows exactly what she's doing, that woman does...

You know, without everyone finding out about everything she has done?

According to Kai, I think it depends on how she reacts. Kai deeply regrets the whole crack ship deal.
Usually though, Sanaki doesn't mind. She's aware that she cries and gets mad a lot, so she figures that if it happens again, it's nothing new for her.
She may seem upset, but it's just part of a cycle. picture it kinda like seasons...

I'm not blaming her. but after she saw the damage it caused and the effects it had on Sanaki, she felt terrible.

(some random time. any time will do. However, for you nitpicks out there who want a real time, I'll say it happened after round 25...)
Toph walked past a huge vending machine that she knew had goodies in it. Additionally, Toph had the munchies at the moment, so she dug in her pocket for some change. after being unsuccessful, toph realized that this was made of metal, so she tried metalbending it. it wouldn't budge. it was also made of something else.
"Sanaki," Toph called out, sensing Sanaki enter the room, "help me out here..."
"you are need of I assistance, I see?" said Sanaki coolly, whipping out some change, "well, here's what we do. I melt this plastic stuff" Sanaki paused and melted the front off of the machine "and then I insert my money, you get some stuff, and then metalbend the money back out. we repeat this process."
"sounds good to me," said Toph, and they began their plan. they were racking up all kinds of goodies. they both considered stopping, but there was so much more to get. however, their fun was short-lived. Suddenly, there was a smashing noise. One of the walls blew inward, and a huge flaming mass hit the vending machine, and Toph and Sanaki's pile of goodies, setting them ablaze.
"is it just me," said Toph, "or am I glad to be blind right now?"
"it's not just you," said Sanaki ,"I agree. I'm so glad I'm blind."
"Zuko," said Katara, crawling out of the hole she had made in the wall after flying 1326 feet through the air, "we didn't go far enough that time. I think we need to make that gas leak bigger!"
Toph and Sanaki said nothing. they just sighed and went to go look for more goodies.
"I swear Katara is stalking us," Sanaki muttered, and Toph agreed...
