My current setting for my Avatar pic size is at 100-100. But for some reason I can't enlarge it and I think I should be able to. I've seen Avatar's here that are 5x as big as mine. How do I increase it's size? I need help.

Yeah, some of my pics are smaller even though it's suppose to be the same size?

the pics which are there from the beginning on are bigger than the self put on. (if you understand this sentence)
