well, if you were thinking Zuki was just downright crazy and stupid, then she's definitely a Kataanger.
if you're thinking she's the type who's trying to spark humorous moments, then she's definitely Zutara.
after all, guess who came up with the phrase
"ZUTARA EVIDENCE!!!"

Kataang can be humourous! In-show there is lot's of humour associated with it!
Zutara is only humourous as a ship. Might as well be a crack ship...

that in mind, if they were going by age, it could literally go either way. does Katara want to go older or younger?
unless you count Aang's 100 years in the iceburg pinata (abridged reference), then there's an 102 year diff.
that aside, it could go either way. I'm not too concenred.
ultimately, I'm fine with Kataangers if they say the right things. for example, if someone said:
"I like Kataang because I think they'd make a cute couple", or
"I like Kataang because I think it might actually happen", that's fine.
it's when people bash Zutara that I go into "that one mode", and start popsting all Zutara-crazy.
Oh, that, and people who think Kataang is going to happen for a surety. the ones who get mad at anything Zutara.
so basically, here's for all you Kataangers out there...
you don't mess with mys hip, I won't mess with yours. *salutes*
that said... ZUTARA!!!! (since I say that at sparodic random times anyway)

I ship Kataang. My view of it is this. She thought the kiss on DoBS was just a "I might never see you again" thing and didn't put much thought to it. But there's another kiss coming up, and they might discuss it or she might put thought to it, then we'll find out what happens.
Also, Kataang wins out, as said in a book. Kudos to fifthelement!

P.s. Ty Lozai is greatness (in a sick, demented way), but you could just make it REALLY twisted and go for Ozulai, Maitara, and Ty Zukaang (3-some!!!!)
