CONTINUING FROM BEFORE...
The four creatures kept walking. From time to time they would rest. Finally after a few long hours they reached a great big ditch. It was the largest one Ty Lee had ever seen in her life. But she saw no valley, only a dried up large ditch with a few rocks in it. A large boulder was next to a great rock wall in the ditch though, they were the only things in the ditch that were also large and were pointed upward to the sky. Ty Lee looked puzzled. Ty Lee stared down at the large dome shaped gorge it was so far down. "Watch your step." Ronncco told her. Shego stood looking for some kind of movement. But then Ty Lee moved her paw on a ledge then it broke off. Tumbling down Ty Lee yelled, "Aaahhh!!!" "I got you!" Thermous slithered down after her. Shego slided down with Ronncco right beside her. Thermous caught Ty Lee on his large light blue scaly back, before Ty Lee fell face forward. "Thanks Thermous." She panted with a smile as he let her off. "Do not thank me. I just do what I must." He hissed, his pink tongue slithering out of his mouth. "I don't get it? Where's the valley?" Ty Lee asked confused. "We haven't reached it yet." Shego told her. "There's more?" Ty Lee complained with question. "C'mon. I think you'll like this part." Shego, with Ronncco beside her, and Thermous slithering up ahead, and Ty lee following they reached a large gate. The cravings on the gate showed two lions attacking each other, two snakes, two mice, two cranes, two elephants, and lastly two small finches facing each other. "Let me inside." Shego demanded fiercely then all of a sudden all the carvings on the gate opened their eyes and then a snake carving moved around the gate to face Shego. "You must belong in here, to get in here." Ty lee gasped. "We must get in, spirit of one of the legendary snakes that helped the lion, crane, mouse, elephant, and the finch create the Mawhattie Valley. We do belong in there, or at least some of us do. I promise we will not bring harm into your valley." Shego told the snake carving. The snake carving bowed its head and then curled up in a ball making a handle, the other snake carving did the same. The two lion cravings kneeled down on their forepaws, while the elephants stood on all fours, the finches carried the mice by their tails, and then Ty Lee heard a loud commotion of locks, and metals being turned as she saw the cranes moving their heads up and down in an odd way. Then the gates opened. "Inside Ty Lee is the Mawhattie Valley, your new home." Ty Lee stared at Shego smiling. When they went inside though, there were many dark tunnels where water dripped from the ceilings. "I forgot to mention that we have to go through the right tunnels first." Shego purred, she was smiling proudly her eyes were almost closed it seemed. Ty Lee followed Shego, who was now second because Thermous was leading because he knew the way. Then a huge boulder was in front of them. Shego went to it and called to the others. "Alright. Behind here is the valley. Help me get it out of the way." The others went to her side and pushed the huge boulder to the side. Shego was on her back forepaws, while Ronncco, Ty Lee, and Thermous budged it with their heads and shoulders. "Alright, now push!" Shego demanded. Then when the boulder fell to the side the creatures jumped through the gap to find a spectacular sight. Ty Lee gasped in front of her was a huge valley that had a large rock ceiling. As they walked more into it. Shego told Ty Lee. "There are some holes from up above for air and rain, the rest of it is really just a spell that the creators of the valley put on." Ty Lee nodded smiling as usual. Then she thought to herself, I'm really lucky, I can't believe that this place will be my home.
