Time Well Spent
Zuko whispered to sokka, "So what happen?"
Sokka whispered back, "Long story short, jet, that blue guy and Jun are all dead. O and so is that mole thing."
Zuko said, "what about the rest?"
Sokka said, "Toph and aang got hit by that spit stuff, paindo is outside in a cage."
Sokka looked around and said, "And I don't know what happen to ty lee and mai."
Zuko said, "Well, no pressure then, but its strange that azula and katara haven't attacked..."
Zuko was hit by a blast of water. Sokka looked his sister, but noticed something on the floor. There was hole in a pipe that had water in it.
Sokka said, "Katara, please I don't want to fight you."
Katara said, "Doesn't matter, I don't even know if it would be any harder even if you did."
Katara bent a large amount of water out of the pipeline, and let it hit the floor. She then bent them into several ice spikes that surrendered sokka.
Katara said, "Lets see how long you can last, shall we?"
Sokka readied himself for what seemed to be the fight of his life. Zuko got back to his feet and looked at sokka. He knew that katara would kill sokka without a second thought.
Azula looked at zuko and throw a rather large fire wave at her brother. Zuko countered by taking out his swords and sending thick fire wave shaped moved like a snake. Zuko's attack pireced through azula's attack and hit her on left arm. Azula managed to put the fire with her fire bending but not before her armor was completely burnt off along with some of her skin. Azula felt some pain go through her arm, azula had never been burned before and pain the only thing she could think of.
Azula said, "Katara, be a deer and heal this would you?"
Katara said, "I am kind of busy right now."
While defending himself, sokka had been slowly making his way toward katara. Sokka was within an arms reach of katara.
Azula yelled, "I don't care, get over here now."
Katara said, "If I change my body position to much, the water around my brother will drop."
Katara stepped back into a wall.
Azula said, "then just hit him with a water blast or freeze him."
Katara said, "He would stab me before I could blast him back."
Zuko yelled at azula, "hey azula, I don't need my swords to beat you."
Zuko threw his swords toward the entrance. Azula felt angry, how could he think that he could beat her without being at his best. Azula bent fire under her feet and used it to push herself forward. Zuko prepare himself by getting into his fighting stance. Azula sent a wave fire over herself. Azula traveled directly toward zuko literally in a wave of fire. Zuko began charging a large fire blast. Zuko released it when azula wave came within a foot of him. Zuko's attack put all of azula's fire, except for the fire under feet. Azula shouldered zuko while he was off balance and grabbed zuko with her right hand. Azula pushed Zuko to the wall. Azula sent the fire under feet right at zuko, zuko was hit and sent through the wall head first, a large rock landed on zuko's head.
Blood dripped from zuko's forehead. Zuko's vision got blurry. Zuko looked expecting to see his sister's face. Zuko saw not his sister but his uncle. Iroh handed zuko a cup of tea, zuko took a sip of the tea. Suddenly, zuko was sitting down in his uncle tea shop. Around him was his uncle iroh, his mother ursa, and great great grandfather roku.
Roku said, "We have prepared you for this moment and you are..."
Zuko opened his eyes and tried to get up, his body felt heavy. The blood was still dripping from his face. He feel back down. Zuko looked through the hole to see that sokka's back on the wall, with azula and katara on the other end. Luckily though, Katara was busy healing azula's arm to finish off sokka.
Azula said, "Hurry up."
Katara said back, "I am going as fast as I can."
Zuko got his feet and walked back into the arena unaware the amount of blood that he lost. Sokka saw zuko and dropped his sword. Katara looked back to see zuko.
Katara said, "Almost done."
Sokka took hold of himself, picked his sword back up again. Zuko began charging for a lightning blast. Zuko gave sokka a look, and sokka understood what he was expected to do.
Katara yelled, "Done!"
Zuko shot his blast of lightning at azula. without thinking Katara tried to block the blast, but her arms were held back by something. Katara looked up to see sokka holding katara's arms together. Azula looked back just as the lightning reached her head. Azula's left eye felt the lightning touch. Zuko and Azula feel to the floor, one dead, one alive.
Sokka looked into katara's eyes. Memories of their childhood came flashing back to him. The snowmen, the fishing and all the times katara had been there for him. A single tear rolled down his check from his eyes.
Sokka sad in tears, "I am so sorry katara."
Katara began to struggle to get out form her brothers arms.
Katara yelled, "Let me go!"
Sokka span katara around and hugged her. Sokka needed one more hug more killing his sister. Katara tried to sokka away, bit sokka held on to her no matter what katara did. Katara finally pushed sokka off of her. Sokka stabbed katara in the heart before she was able to water bend him to into hell. Sokka's tears dried only for a second, but they fell down harder than ever. When he looked at her body again.
Sokka felt a hand on his shoulder. Sokka turned around and saw paindo.
Paindo said softly, "They're coming, dry those tears."
Sokka wiped his tears off with his hands. Aang and toph walked into the arena, speechless. Paindo looked at zuko and ran toward him. He wrapped zuko's head with his coat.
Paindo said, "We have to get him to my place, i have...."
Sokka said, "Alright, lets go."
Sokka looked at aang, on his knees letting tears out just as he had.
Sokka said, "There will time for that later."
Combustion man walked in the arena and looked at sokka.
Sokka said, "I don't have your money right now."
The group left on appa to get to go to paindo's place. Combustion man didn't really care, he was gonna get so much more by ransoming azula's body but he was needed to get even somehow. Combustion man took a deep breath and sent his attack at katara's dead body. Katara's body parts were left all over the room.
Zuko woke up in a bed. Iroh handed zuko a cup of tea, zuko took a sip of the tea. Zuko was sitting down in at paindo's place. Around him was his uncle iroh, his mother ursa, and great great grandfather roku.
Zuko said, "Mom, your alive and well"
Ursa said, "I wish I could say the same to you, but you don't seem to well."
Ursa hugged zuko.
Zuko said, "By the way, not that its good to see you all, but why are you here?"
Ursa released zuko from her hug.
Roku said, "Its good to see you too, my grandchild. I wish you to recover quickly. But the reason we are here is that we have to tell you something. We have prepared you for this moment and you are ready for the task."
Zuko asked, "what task?"
Iroh said, "We attended train you to become the official member of the order of the white locus,
Ursa said, "You were robed of your normal childhood because of your father, so we decided to give you the decision, no more life or death situations, no more battles, you have done your part in the war."
Roku said, "Or you can become an official member of the Order of white locus right now. You very well may save many lives. But what ever you decision. I am sure it well be time well spent."
Roku disappeared from zuko's sight. Zuko finished his tea and fell back on his pillow.
Iroh said, "More tea?"
And so it is over

Roku said, "We have prepared you for this moment and you are..."

Sokka wiped his tears off with his hands. Aang and toph walked into the arena, speechless. Paindo looked at zuko and ran toward him. He wrapped zuko's head with his coat.
Paindo said, "We have to get him to my place, i have...."
Sokka said, "Alright, lets go."
Sokka looked at aang, on his knees letting tears out just as he had.
Sokka said, "There will time for that later."
Combustion man walked in the arena and looked at sokka.
Sokka said, "I don't have your money right now."
The group left on appa to get to go to paindo's place. Combustion man didn't really care, he was gonna get so much more by ransoming azula's body but he was needed to get even somehow. Combustion man took a deep breath and sent his attack at katara's dead body. Katara's body parts were left all over the room.
