sabhatha heated a rock with on of teh friballs, and shot it at katara from teh direction of the other earthbender, hoping it woul upset the girl.

naturally, getting hit with a flaming rock didn't make her all that happy. Katara was up and mad, relentlessly shooting enormous blasts of fire and lightning. She had abandoned her "attack as little as possible" strategy, and she was paying for it, but at this point she didn't care.
being called an idiot didn't help, and so she also aimed some of her attacks at him as well.

*Zion still dogding all of her attacks until he was hit in the chest...*Zion:Ok katara... you made me no choice but to stop you!!*Zion leaps into the air and does a massive firebender attack onto Katara*

Katara crosses her arms in front of her face, and the braces she wears on her arms absorb most of the blow.
(those braces are fire resistant, and thus help her keep control. without them she probably would in fact die)

*Zion saw the braces on her arms which stopped the attack which he just done to her*Zion:Calm down Katara!!*shotting another fireball*

(they didn't stop it completely, they just made damage minimal, so yeah, she did get hit. BTW here's a pic of what she looks like click)

again though, Katara was not listening.

Katara is knocked down, but just because she is down does not mean that she is out. she starts thrashing madly, trying to escape.

Katara, still furious about being pinned down, is still fighting back.
"WHY!?!" she roared, "LET ME GO!!!"
