i'm pretty sure there are still more airbenders left because if Aang is the last then after he dies there won't be anymore airbenders and therefore the balance will be broken.

My feelings on the whole "Last Airbender" thing is that the firenation "knows" they killed all airbenders, but just how in the hell can u possibly eradicate an entire race of people. It's impossible. They most likely killed 99% of the monks, and by the time the war was started, airbenders would blend themselves into the general population of the are by covering up, growing hair, and ending the tattooing thing. I feel they'll find airbenders in like the last few episodes where the White Lotus Society will help coordinate the final attack on the Fire Lord. Airbenders will come out of the wood work.

Another bender in the show would be a good idea.The bender can know air and fire to teach Aang fire would be a good idea.well at least in my opinion.

The legent of Aang title is used over seas but The last Airbender is the title in the USA.You wont see one eisode from Nick in the states called the legend of Aang, all are titled The last Airbender.

Where did you hear that they changed the title? And why would they change the title smack dab in the middle of the series? (OMG DID I JUST SAY SMACK DAB)

maybe it means there will be other airbenders, because in one of the comic books they gave questions and answers (sorry, i don't remember which) but they said the title will go from avatar the last airbender to avatar one of the last airbenders, maybe they changed the title because you live in a different place in the world than where it was made, in Canada (where i live....no duh) the title hasn't changed or is it in the USA... maybe all we have to do is wait or ask questions ...i think people at Nick. might answer that one for us.

I think when they said that they were trying to prove a point that there are other airbenders not that they were going to change the title. I remember reading that article somewhere.

ppl try reading other posts before responding to the first one because there were like 10 different responses of "That's the title in other countries, they haven't changed it in the US" so stop posting what we already know.

I have a feeling that there are airbenders left because like someone said u can't eradicate an entire ppl when they can easily blend into the surrounding population (not all airbenders earned the tatoos) I also think that the White Lotus has been hiding several to ensure balance in the world and continuation of the avatar cycle.
