And by default, avatars are resized to 65x65 pixels
If you want it to be full-sized, you just need to make sure you put "100" and "100" in the boxes that say "avatar width" and "avatar height". (100x100 is the maximum avatar size designated by ProBoards)

Of course, if you don't mind 65x65, then disregard this post.
