no age limit to smoke in the US, but you have to be18 (i think) to buy them and its illeagle for somebody above the age of 18 to give ciggarettes to sombody bellow 18, but kids get them anyway

realy though you should try to quit smoking again. its one of the worst things you can do to yourself. (do you want to be coverd in wrinkles by the age of 30, have yellow teeth, a raspy voice and die early from lung dissease?)

As I say, I'm quittING. I haven't quit yet, and the quittING process can take years.... That's my excuse anyway. It's much harder than people realize. I'm saving up to buy a new hookah anyway so once I get that I'm off cigarettes, it's my substitution method.
And actually if a police officer cards you while smoking and you're not 18, you get a ticket... out here in Cali anyway. California is tough on No-smoking laws. Douches... ^_^

no smoking in public buildings in ny. i love it. ciggarette smoke is bad for my lungs. yay for quittting and yea i was about to post this too, its probably ALOT harder than i think.
i mean no offence to anyboyd with anything i am saying

I smoke. Most people here don't. That's good. It's a nasty, smelly, expensive, dirty, deadly habit and it's really hard to stop once you've started. Stay away.

Fortunately it's been manned to smoke in bars and cafas. But for me I love smoking........NOT!! I hate it, I choke and sputter when I even smell second hand smoke.  *puke* |
