okay, this is one of the only other "rate the..." threads I can do. All you do is rate the little phrase underneath the avatar of the person above you.
If you still don't know where a catchphrase is, it's below a person's avatar. Mine is
"It's happy go-lucky time!" in case you were wondering the EXACT location.
