I think she will forgive him, not necessarily because she would have done the same thing, but because she cares about people too much in general to hold a grudge for too long (see in Lake Laogai when she forgave Jet, in a way... Tried to save his life). And she realized that there must be pain behind his anger in Cod.

The case with Zuko was indeed much more serious then with Jet and the only regret he showed was betraying his uncle and that his father won't restore his honour. Also stated by Katara in " The Painted Lady" , she will never turn her back on people who need her, and Jet needed her to help remember and possibly have his life saved.

Aang needs her aswell. He couldn't let go of Katara with the cosmic energy thing. Zuko also has Mai which shows expression to Zuko but not to many others. Zuko doesn't need her all that much. He just doesn't have relationships with girls very well like with Jin, Katara and Mai. His relationship with Katara he never made up for it like he did with the others and did something worse then he did with the others.

But Aang also has a lot of support: Sokka, Toph, and other personal friends, not to mention every nation except the Fire Nation. Zuko doesn't really have anyone to support him as he tries to do right, seeing as we don't know where Iroh is at the moment and we don't know if Iroh'll meet up with Zuko and the Gaang. He needs people to give him a second chance (or third or whatever number chance you think he's on).
Also, you seemed to contradict yourself. You said Zuko has Mai, then you used Mai as an example of him not being good with female relationships. How can he have a good enough relationship with Mai to have her support him when she's one of his bad female relationships?

(1) Please don't tell me where or where not to post, Fire Lord Zuko. That's just a tad bit rude.
(2) I agree with you, veg1990. The way they changed the future about the volcano was by changing the clouds that were read, there was no way for Aang to change the bones or whatever he had read for him, I don't specifically remember what.
(3) If most people want to keep the Kataang thread for Kataangers and the Zutara thread for Zutarians, I will abide by that and keep my debating to the vs. threads. However, if no one else has a problem with it, I will continue to post in the same places I am posting currently. I enjoy the debating. It's fun, so long as no one crosses the line into insults, and name-calling, and being rude.

There are so many Kataang vs Zutara debate threads in this forum already.
I think it's better if the Kataang thread and Zutara thread stay strictly about their own ships. Not that I don't mind debating, but there are threads for debating against the other. If one fan finds something they don't agree with here or in the Zutara, take that issue in the debates or discuss it amongst those who share your respective ship.
Here is something Kataang's could discuss: What will happen now that Katara and Aang have kissed? Will this blossom into a real relationship? Or will we have to keep waiting?

I personally have supported kataang since the beggining. no offense to any zutarians (well...maybe a little) i heard that the creators said that zuko and katara getting together was never in their minds and that it was always aang and katara. i personally think that is is kinda stupid (again...no true offense intended) also...i hope they mention the kiss from the invasion in the western air temple cuz i was really mad when the didnt in the eclipse!!  |

Personally, I don't see them acting straight out romantic in the few episodes after the kiss. We're probably going to witness more Aang angst for a bit.(not complaining here) I think things are going to be awkward and eventually, they have to come to terms of their relationship and what they really are to each other.
