I guess we'll go with the old style RPG but we need a GM for that. We can still put up nominee for GM. or w/e that may be. So we just don't bias on whose GM. Yes we need good story, being active, fairness, and kind to players, and not people who are power hungry.

but yeah, I'm willing to nominate someone who can make a good plot...
so basically, I'll be joining in the RPG with the best storyline...
or perhaps I'll sell the storyline I'm working on to the highest bidder.

OK. Sounds good we'll go back to old RPG ways and drop all the rules we made. For combat GM will just flip a coin to see if it miss or not and all that stuff. So it's official.
Now to nominate. Can't nominate yourself tho.

I mean, a good GM can make both him/herself and the players know how powerful the enmies are...
I mean, if they're fighting a couple of thugs off the street, we'll all know that they're weak sauce. if we're fighting someone big and bad like the black Knight, we'll know "oh hell this is gonna be hard."
that's why just add a little description to your characters (ie: strengths/weaknesses--nothing new) and describe the bosses and we'll all be good.
Also, a good GM will be able to tell when...
(a) someone's overpowering their character,
(b) what would disable/knock out your character,
(c) when the enemies are killed/defeated
I'd also say when the characters are killed/defeated, but if someone's character dies, it kinda defeats their purpose.
so yeah. this is what I was seeking from square 1.
@drizzt: no, not at all... a good GM will know how to make different enemies be stronger (I demonstrated an example of that in this same post).
additionally, a good RPGer will develop a balanced character with often times distinct strengths and weaknesses.
but yeah, a lot of your questions drizzt, are answered in the above part of my post.

Also Drizzt us 4 (Bee, Tera, Drizzt, Daxx) are pretty much the majority of the RPG community. -.-

I don't. all he basically did was start the thread... it was mainly daxx who ran it. I might reconsider my option after I see a sample of his work, but until then... as for daxx, I've seen, so I believe. therefore I'll support Daxx for now. ~Toph~ |

Well since I caused all this mess. I'll take the blame lol. But ya I'm the one who stated we need to get RPG back up in running, the idea of all this, and post all the threads and crap. But anyways so far nominees are.
