No
only plants that are, actually, "bendable"
you cant bend a tree (i mean actual bending here), it just breaks

yeh, following what sloth said, it'd be like bloodbending. You possible could bend the tree, but it'd snap and waterbenders could only do it during the full moon so

maybe earthbending has something to do with the type of bonds things have.
the stronger the bond, the less the earthbender can bend, since earth isn't necessarily a strong bond, the can utilize this
you can pull apart earth with your bare hands... most earth.
thats where metal and wood come in to the picture, metal is refined earth, which may make the earth stronger using a stronger bond.
wood is covalently bonded, we can't pull apart wood, but we can bend it until it snaps.
why? because covalent bonds are super strong. ionic bond are weaker, and hydrogen bonds are the weakest.
maybe thats how waterbenders can pull water from the air.
by separating the hydrogen and oxygen molecules apart from the nitrogen and all the other molecules in the air

can earthbenders bend tres, leaves, grass and other bushes and stuff like that? they could bend the earth underneath it but scientifically speaking there is no earth inside the grass or plants. the plants grow from the earth and are a separate entity.

I think only swamp benders can bend plants and that earth benders only can bend rock, and mud.....

maybe there should be a sub bending thing of nature. so like u can bend plants trees and wood and stuff. the sub bending that has been released is metal... but there is a possiblity(just so i dont sound like a complete cynic) that because of the illusion of seperation that there is a link between earth and plants which would allow earthbenders to bend them... but i still think that its waterbenders that bend plants
