she is a very quick learner,but we don't know if there are other water benders are better than her,it would be possible but she is probably one of the best in the world!!!
by now she would probably win against Pakku.but not by useing bloodbending!she hates it.

Katara is going to be the best water bender and Aang and Katara is going to have a child when they are adults and they are going to rase them up and make them to air/water benders so the air nomads still have hope

well, she isn't as good as Paku but she can do many things with her waterbending, like bloodbending, healing, taking water out of plants and air....
I think she IS the best waterbender

Yes she certainly has a variety of water bending techniques, thus allowing her to improve these different skills

Actually the Avatar is the most powerful bender of any given element; I mean 250 spirits of water benders are giving you energy all at one time. Katara would be second best though. In fact, if we don't count the Avatar she'll be the best. Learning Bloodbending in a fraction of second, whilst a fully realized waterbender Hama, took months is a sign of great skill.
